How a project actually runs, start to finish.
Five stages, the same team throughout, and a daily handoff window between our Sialkot and Enschede studios so nothing sits waiting for a reply overnight. Here's what each stage actually involves.
From first call to ongoing growth.
Every stage ends with something you can look at — a document, a prototype, a staging build — not just a status update.

Built around a daily handoff, not a time-zone gap.
The same principles run through every stage above.
One point of contact
You get a single project lead for the whole engagement — not a rotating account team you have to re-brief.
Daily studio overlap
Sialkot and Enschede overlap for several hours every weekday, so questions get answered same-day, not next.

Process FAQ.
How long does a typical project take?
A small marketing site usually runs 3–4 weeks end to end. A full product or app build is typically 8–14 weeks, depending on scope. We give a firm timeline once discovery is done.
Who will I actually be working with?
One project lead who stays with you for the whole engagement, backed by the designers and developers assigned to your project in Sialkot and Enschede.
What happens if scope changes mid-project?
We scope-check at the end of every sprint. Small changes are absorbed where possible; larger ones are quoted separately so the timeline and budget stay accurate.
How do you handle revisions?
Design and project tiers include a set number of revision rounds, listed on the pricing page. Anything beyond that is billed hourly or picked up on a retainer.
What if I already have a designer or developer on my team?
That's common — we slot into whichever part of the process you need help with, whether that's just design, just development, or the full build.
Do we own the source code and designs?
Yes. Once a project is paid in full, all source code, design files and documentation are handed over and are yours outright.
