Product & UI/UX design
Wireframes, UI design and design-system work, priced per hour for smaller or ongoing design needs.
Digital marketing
SEO, paid media management, email and CRO work billed hourly — useful for lighter monthly involvement.
QA & testing
Manual and scripted QA passes before a release, or ongoing regression testing on a live product.
Technical consulting
Architecture reviews, audits and technical advisory sessions with a senior lead.
Hourly work is billed in a minimum 10-hour monthly block and invoiced bi-weekly, with a time log shared alongside every invoice.
One developer
A dedicated full-stack or mobile developer, working your priorities for a full week at a time.
One designer
A dedicated product or UI designer, embedded in your sprint for wireframes through to hand-off.
Small squad
Two developers and one designer working as a unit — enough to move a feature from idea to shipped.
Growth pod
A marketer plus a designer, running SEO, paid media and landing-page tests as a weekly cycle.
QA sprint
A dedicated QA engineer for a release week, or a recurring weekly regression pass.
Full product team
Two developers, a designer and a project lead — a complete team for a defined stretch of work.
Weekly engagements are booked in full-week blocks, typically for 2 weeks or longer, and invoiced at the start of each week.
Launch
A focused marketing site or landing page, live in 2–3 weeks.

How do you decide between hourly, weekly, or project-based pricing?
It usually comes down to how defined the scope is. A clear deliverable with a launch date fits project pricing; ongoing, evolving work fits weekly or hourly. We'll recommend a model on our first call, and you're welcome to disagree.
What currencies and payment methods do you accept?
USD and EUR, invoiced via bank transfer or card. Clients billed through our Netherlands studio pay in EUR with VAT handled correctly; everyone else is billed in USD.
Is there a minimum engagement?
Hourly work has a 10-hour monthly minimum. Weekly engagements are booked in full-week blocks, typically starting at 2 weeks. Project work has no set minimum beyond the agreed scope.
Do prices include revisions and QA?
Yes — project tiers include a set number of revision rounds and a full QA pass before launch. Changes requested after that are billed hourly or picked up on a retainer.
Can we switch models mid-engagement?
Often, yes. A common path is project-based for the initial launch, then a weekly or hourly arrangement afterward for ongoing iteration and support.
Do you sign contracts and NDAs?
Every engagement starts with a written contract, and we're happy to sign an NDA before any detailed scoping call if you'd like one in place first.
